About InstaCalc and BetterExplained

InstaCalc is an online tool designed to make crunching numbers fast and easy. Its goal is usability -- get results as you type, use readable text ("sales = 300M + 10%"), and send any calculation as a link. From simple budgets to homework problems, InstaCalc was made to find answers fast.

InstaCalc also has the embeddable widget you can use on your site: is dedicated to sharing "aha!" moments in clear, simple language. Instead of rote memorization, we cover the insights that make difficult ideas click (for example, imaginary numbers can seem baffling unless you see them as a rotation). Ranging from e and the natural log to radians and pi, our guides are used by thousands of students each day.
